With a strong background in precision tooling, manufacturing, and operations management, I currently run Ozark Precision, overseeing coil spring production, sales, and bookkeeping. My experience spans CNC machining, robotic welding, punch press operation, and large-scale industrial maintenance, making me adept at optimizing efficiency, troubleshooting equipment, and leading teams in fast-paced production environments.

Beyond manufacturing, my greatest passion is pouring into the next generation as a youth pastor at Pisgah Baptist Church. I am committed to teaching, mentoring, and encouraging young people in their faith, helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus and develop into strong leaders. My heart for discipleship and my leadership in production both center on the same principle—building up people with purpose and excellence.
